 At Haven Properties, we deeply believe in high quality, high value property management services. I am proud to be a local property manager for Haven Properties and would like to introduce myself. Every home is unique, and I manage over 100 residential properties, which includes vacation rentals. My best quality is my dedication, professionalism and quick response to Owners and Tenants.

My goal as a Property Manager is to treat your investment as if it were my own. High priority is finding a quality tenant to live in your property as early in the process as possible. When we find the right tenant, most of the hard work is done. You won’t have to worry about whether the tenant is taking care of your place or whether they’re going to pay on time.

In addition to screening and placement, we also perform both reactive and proactive maintenance on the property to help make sure that it always remains in the best possible condition. Any work that needs to be done will be performed by one of our licensed local vendors. Whether you’re looking for someone to manage a condo, a home, a duplex or a vacation rental, Haven Properties has the tools and the talent to accomplish your goals.
